ESSORIX LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17307626. Its registered office is 50 Thistle Grove, Welwyn Garden City, England, AL7 4AN.

2. Scope
This policy applies when you visit essorix.uk or deliberately contact ESSORIX LTD by email.
GreenSlope is an ESSORIX LTD product with separate data collection and a separate GreenSlope Privacy Policy. This policy does not replace the GreenSlope Privacy Policy.
3. Data we process
When you visit essorix.uk, our hosting provider may process technical request and security data such as your IP address, request path, date and time, browser or device information, and diagnostic events.
When you email ESSORIX LTD, we process the information you choose to send. This normally includes your name, email address, message, and any attachments. We may also retain legal or administrative records arising from that correspondence.
The Essorix website does not currently provide user accounts or web forms. It does not use analytics, marketing tracking, non-essential cookies, or local storage. ESSORIX LTD does not sell personal data or use this data for automated decision-making.
4. Why we process data
We process personal data to:
- deliver and secure the Essorix website;
- diagnose faults and prevent abuse;
- respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering a contract;
- manage business, legal, and administrative correspondence; and
- comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We rely on legitimate interests under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) for operating and securing the website and responding to ordinary business enquiries. We rely on Article 6(1)(b) when processing is needed to take requested steps before a contract or perform a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) when a legal obligation applies.
5. Service providers and sharing
ESSORIX LTD uses:
- Vercel to host and secure essorix.uk and process technical request data; and
- Google Workspace to receive, store, and manage company email.
These providers process data under their own security and data-protection commitments. We may also disclose information where required by law, to professional advisers who owe duties of confidentiality, or where needed to protect legal rights.
We do not share personal data with GreenSlope customers merely because they use the GreenSlope product.
6. International transfers
Vercel and Google may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where UK personal data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, ESSORIX LTD relies on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

We delete data earlier when it is no longer needed and no legal reason requires retention.

To exercise a right, email support [at] essorix [dot] uk. We may need enough information to confirm your identity and locate the relevant data.

9. Children
The Essorix website provides company and business-product information. It is not directed at children.

We update this policy when the Essorix website or company processing changes. The version and dates shown above identify the published revision.
